Jobs & Responsibilities

• Assist in providing 24-hour medical coverage and first-line resuscitation for any hospital patient, visitor, or staff member as needed.
• All patients, staff, and visitors must receive professional treatment.
• To check on the patients admitted, take a tour of the designated floor.
• Admission will be made with the signature and care plan of relatives.
• To provide medical coverage, both routine and emergency, during duty hours and to work with other specialty RMOs to provide service to hospital
• 5. All protocols for clinical safety, hygiene and infection control must be followed (e.g. Wear gloves when necessary, aprons, and hand hygiene.
• To manage the ward, by understanding the patient's status, any major issues at night and any urgent work such as shifting to OT.
• The diagnosis should be in capital letters on treatment sheets. Each treatment sheet must be signed, dated, and named by the doctor. When writing treatment sheets, doctors should refer to the progress notes.
• Consultants are required to accompany them for round trips and take notes as needed
• Check back for an update on patients discharges from the floor supervisor/In charge in the next days
• Regularly attend all patients post-operatively and make post-op orders and treatment sheets.
• Post Op patients should have their dressings checked on a regular basis and changed as necessary according to the treatment sheet.
• Monitoring of patients is a constant task.
• RMOs must constantly strive to improve their skills and education.
• Collaborating with other doctors in the same department, or from other specialties.
• To participate in the Quality Improvement Initiative (QI) and the protocols of the organization.
